The new project titled “Romantic Monsta” is graphic while smooth. Which makes the title very suitable. The world of love is complex and especially for young women and men. This EP navigates these waters while each track highlights a different point of view from the perspective of a young man coming up in Jamaica. Tracks like “Nah Lef” is a beautiful apology towards a young lady who got her heart broken. Instrumental is soothing and carries more than just the typical Dancehall Drum lines. Other tracks like “Trophy” has such a strong R&B aesthetic to it with a Dancehall punch. He celebrates her body, the live they make and how she makes him feel. “Single” is a next track that several people in life can relate to. Its a project worth the full listen.

Again his strength is being very descriptive while being lyrical. Romantic Monsta takes you on journey that allows you to look into the lyrics and skills of the average 20yr old. The ability to curate tracks that reflect the time without tilting the scale.Yes it’s raunchy but it’s also the depth of lyrics. We are told there will be a deluxe edition to the project.
