“Hip Hop turned 50 last year, and it’s crazy how it’s shaped the global scene since the ’90s. Born in the Bronx, with a little help from Jamaican legend Kool Herc, Hip Hop’s influence is undeniable. Fast forward to today, and Jamaica’s got its own crew bringing the heat with their unique sound.
Introducing “3 Di Yaad Way”, a project by Fada Scur Productions, (produced for Turbulance, Sean Paul, Dutty Cup) featuring some of Jamaica’s finest lyricists. This ain’t your typical Reggae or Dancehall vibe – it’s Hip Hop, fuzed with Dancehall straight from the streets of Jamaica. It’s eclectic its artistic and it also pushes the boundaries of the stereotypical Jamaican track & production.
