Epic Life Moments Events, a dynamic team of event planning trainees from HEART/NSTA Trust’s Lluidas Vale campus, is making history with the first staging of their debut hybrid conference:
“The Evolution of Event Planning: AI’s Transformative Influence”

What’s It All About?

As part of their final assessment, the trainees have come together to conceptualize and execute a real-world hybrid event exploring how Artificial Intelligence (AI) is transforming the event industry in Jamaica and beyond.

This isn’t just a classroom exercise—it’s a forward-thinking, high-impact showcase designed and executed by the students themselves, in collaboration with HEART/NSTA Trust and key industry voices.
